PLANNING
We always start with a FREE, no obligation series of consultations to give you and your family an accurate idea of the steps and costs involved to build your custom home. We do this to better understand your needs and provide you with the best information to make your vision a reality.
BUILDING
During the building process, we'll keep you updated on costs so that you can make informed decisions. You'll be able to see and approve all invoices and we'll provide guidance along the way to stay on budget. We want you to get the best value for your money.
FOLLOW-UP
We use Pacific Home Warranty coverage (www.progwar.com) and also offer you 6 and 12 month walk-throughs to identify and correct any warranty issues. A new home is the most important purchase you'll make and we want you to be confident that you're protected.
